FIRST FLOOR FRONT EXTENSION AND EXTERNAL FACE LIFT
This project entailed the removal of the existing front elevation cat slide roof and dormer window to create and enlargement to the existing master bedroom incorporating an en-suite bathroom with a vaulted ceiling and velux windows for additional light. The existing roof was recovered in slates with the new roof and with the new windows to the front and the first floor external walls rendered white; this has totally changed the overall look of the property making this a great example of what can be achieved quite easily with not too much major works to the existing dwelling.
