The house was extended with a further wing providing a large sitting room with, master bedroom and en-suite over. A new roof and windows completed the major overhaul.
The external upgrading still leaves the property standing in its own merits as original.
The project was completed to the exact specification that the clients set out to achieve from the onset and they are delighted with the overall outcome. Feedback from the clients is that every room works exactly how they had planned it to be, and the project has delivered their needs for every day living.
This property in Harpenden comprises of a detached house built circa 1935.
The house was extended with an additional wing in the late 90's by a previous owner. In 2004 the current owners embarked on an 8 month project to overhaul.
"Perry M Jones Ltd was employed by us in August 2004 to prepare plans for building work on a property we had purchased in Harpenden. Once Planning permission had been given we subsequently employed him as Project Manager to oversee all of the Building work and he has worked with us on a continual basis over the last 2 years whilst we have undergone an extensive rebuild and renovation of our home."
